Hilarious but what's that tag attached to Babylon 4 on the upper right corner? And the robot(?) behind Lennier? And the guy sitting down with a flag? Is it Morden?

The Robot is the Robot from Lost in Space which Billy Mumy was in as a child actor
The guy with the flag is Morden and it says "Go shadows"

I think the robot is meant to be a reference to Bill Mumy's (Lennier) role in the show "Lost in Space"; this is the same robot from that show. I don't know about the others.
