EPIC FAIL!!!!!First ever animation attempt... did it this morning so it's really rushed and sketchy and weird and jumpy...

Cool! I do animations too, but you have a better run cycle than me. btw how do you upload animation? the same way as a picture?

wait, what animation program do you use? I tried it with windows moviemaker, and toonboom animation studio.

GIMP is basically a very awesome free version of photoshop - slightly different, but just as good, it does the same stuff and you can do animations on it

You did fairly well for a first time I think. You just need to place the character back to its original position on the plane for a smoother sequence.

thanks... animations starts off slow on DA, after the first 'round' it should speed up... i think

fair enough...
basically, you draw the picture/ animation as each layer is one frame, then you go to filters -> animation -> playback
