3. The Original Ruler of Outworld is a Ancient Dragon Onaga, Not much was known about him, except for the fact that his army was deemed undefeatable but, at his untimely death, allowed itself to be mummified and kept in an ancient tomb.

Later Onaga was supplanted by Shao Kahn, the emperor of Outworld, he resembles a large Asian warrior, and is well known for his God-like strength which rivals, if not outright exceeds, that of Raiden. He is also known for his extreme callousness, brutality, ferocity in battle, and fondness for personal executions, although he has occasionally spared the lives of his subordinates after proving their worth to him. Perhaps Shao Kahn’s greatest strength lies in his ability to work towards his goals with great tenacity and his ability to organize. However, his greatest weakness is his arrogance and overconfidence. Shao Kahn has often underestimated mankind, and therefore tried to conquer Earthrealm many times.
5. Outworld is a large and often hostile realm of varying landscapes, owing to its nature as a composite realm encompassing an unknown amount of conquered and merged realms. Its primary landscapes appear to consist of barren wastelands, vast deserts, molten caverns, pools of acid, dense forests with animated faces, sinister temples and shrines, and high mysterious mountain peaks.

Commuters also ride the Dragonfly, which is said to be the fastest form of transportation across the vast expanses of Outworld, aside from sorcery and actual dragons. 10. Centaurians - Although they resemble the mythical Earthrealm creatures of the same name, this race is far more vicious, possessing scorpion-like tails and horns. They are renowned hunters and powerful warriors, and have been violently feuding with the Shokan for ages. The two races compete for the favor of Shao Kahn, and although he seems to encourage this animosity to an extent, he does not allow it to escalate into open warfare that could threaten the already tenuous stability of his realm.
11. Tarkatans - Also known as Mutants or Nomads, the Tarkatans are a nomadic, humanoid race feared for their barbarous nature and extreme bouts of rage. They are a mutant crossbreed of Netherrealm demons and Outworlders, and possess razor-sharp teeth and retractable metal blades in their forearms. They are notorious cannibals and exhibit animalistic behavior, with the men often flying into a murderous rage at the scent of a competing male. Although their demonic ancestors originated from the Netherrealm, the Tarkatans have long resided in the wastelands of Outworld.
12. Despite the fact Tarkatans are a crossbreed, due the fact they lived like that for a very long time they are available to the Omnitrix for Scanning.
13. The Tarkata also have a unique language, which is commonly spoken between them, this language is consist of roars, growling and mumbling. Only some people are able to understand what they saying, like Raiden or Scarlet. Guillotine is also able to speak on this Language

Shinnok demands unwavering faith and loyalty from his followers and will not hesitate to kill anyone who so much as doubts, challenges, or even poses a potential threat to him. However, as Shinnok is a former Elder God, it is not possible to actually kill him; he can only be imprisoned within his own amulet or incapacitated.
27. The fighting tournament Mortal Kombat it's a universal among the any Realms fighting tournament, created by the Elder Gods as a way for other Realms to defend themselves against Outworld after it grew too powerful.

Every generation, competing realms would send their best fighters into a single-elimination martial arts tournament; the victor of the tournament is crowned the Mortal Kombat Grand Champion. If a realm can garner ten straight victories via their Grand Champion or another representative of theirs, they earn the right to invade the opposing realm. The Grand Champion him/herself is granted stunted aging and immortality until the next tournament. This is the only permissible way for a realm to invade and conquer another. 2. The defending realm's fighters cannot be attacked by the opposing realm's fighters until the tournament begins. 3. Mortal Kombat, once declared, cannot be refused by either party. 4. Special powers can be used in the tournament. 5. Any violation of the above rules is considered an act of treason against the realms and the Elder Gods themselves, and will be dealt with accordingly and swiftly.

34. Ben joined forces with Earthrealm Fighters, during the fight with Baraka he slashed the dial of the omnitrix which was the reason why Tarkatan's DNA was added in the Omnitrix Database.

Mileena, a hybrid clone of Kitana with a Tarkatan DNA, created by Shang Tsung in his flesh pits at the behest of Shao Kahn, who had become increasingly paranoid that Kitana would one day learn the truth and betray him. As a fusion of Tarkatan blood and Edenian physiology, Mileena combines and fully utilizes attributes of both races in combat, boasting incredible speed, brute strength, nimble acrobatic prowess, and frightening, carnivorous savagery matched only by Baraka.
