LAWL I know!
zealot, general and field marshal are all out-of-place, I like the classic CE versions and I like the ultra coz it reminds me of the council from halo 2.
though I think I liked the zero-G elites (halo 2) better than the elite ranger (reach)... I think it's the helmet that gets me...

LOLOL, I can see we have similar views on the armour people use on reach...
I hate it when I see people with EVA[C] wearing commando shoulders on both sides, the sapper chest covered in grenades...
UGH! looks like if they lifted their arms up too fast they'd crush their own head...

(why did they make the general look like a hammer chieftain?!? plus not to mention they got the colours wrong, in CE and the books, field marshals were gold, general didn't exist, who sends a GENERAL into battle?!?)

indeed. EVA[C] is the worst Idea Bungie ever came up with... Other than leaving to create a new game... Could of at least given us a f**king Elite halo game based around the covenant

LOL I know! not to mention it violates UNSC protocol, defacing UNSC property and hindering the polarity of the visor, on the mission lone wolf, you get one chip in your visor and your HUD goes down, WTF is Emile seeing?

I would have liked a covenant-side campaign, I loved the Arbiter side of halo 2, even if you didn't get to kill any/many marines (I like there were a couple in quarantine zone?)

That's What I'm talking about! Lol Emile seeing ghosts and monster and a grim world 24/7 lol! XD his "friends" look like monsters to him lol.

And a side campaign for Elites. Halo 2 arbiter missions were so much better than master chief 24/7

I loved quarintine zone PLUS! it had a "hidden" sounctrack that only played for the arbiter which sounds amazing to me.
It's pretty loud so watch yourself if your videos load instantly like mine and play as soon as you click the link XD

AND the needler sentinel, all the arbiter-side only easter eggs and stuff.
plus it was a good campaign, getting dropped off by a phantom was pretty cool.
I do enjoy playing as elites on invasion and firefight in reach though, just to be the thorn in the enemies side
when they've just got a killing frenzy on firefight I run up and assassinate them

I really missed the arbiters missions... Wish they would do more of the covenant missions instead... I heard halo 4 is going to be better than what people give it credit for... Maybe... Maybe, but i bet it's not going to have covenant missions which will be upsetting

I'm pretty pessimistic about halo 4...I really don't think I'll like it as much...but I'll buy it anyway, just to be sure...
I saw the teaser trailer and instantly saw the jetpack *facepaw* then saw him fire a rocket pistol *double facepaw*
THEN found a leaked clip (I take it with a pinch of salt though, not taking it 100% seriously) of a guy pulling people through walls and stuff, the guy that got pulled through the wall was wearing halo 3 scout and holding an MA5B so it was definitely halo...

one the bright side...just heard about CEA, apparently you get friendly AI's in firefight (eg: marines) also I've heard, but not seen yet, that the flood may be an enemy choice, PLUS, I saw a preview of a firefight map, it was the tower from CE, with the tunnel and lil room underneath.

also, apparently they've 'enhanced' the forge, this probably means they added a few pieces...it was kinda lacking some of the simple stuff...

Well I like the idea of optional marines getting killed.

Always wanted to play firefight and kill marines,

Also the flood, finally they put them in ¬w¬

And as for the forge...

Here is a example of what i want.

Team options.

Like you know damage resistance and change weapons and everything.

The option to play mini games like when you have a flag in forge and you can play capture the flag, assault, invasion in forge.

Because I like to RP in halo reach forge... It's fun ^^

So yeah options for teams instead of everyone.

it looks really good, especially setting it up for waves of covenant, then an onslaught of flood, with the drop pods like in reach, if they looked like the flood comets (halo 3) that would be awesome

I think the best you could do in reach was human loadouts and elite loadouts, team-specific loadouts would be pretty good aswell.
and I spend of time in forge, especially forgeworld...

what I REALLY want is to make firefight maps in forge...apparently they didn't do it coz it would make firefight-achievements too easy...but they forgot about setting yourself to invincible and the enemies really weak...
...fools...
I wanted a castle-defense style firefight map, where the spirits drop them outside the castle area and they have to make their way through a no-mans-land

I can see how forge firefight works.

Spwans:-

Human-
A.I-
ODST drop pod human spawn-
ODST drop pod A.I spawn-

Human and A.I spawn Make you just spawn normally

ODST drop pod spawn Starts you or A.I in a Drop pod above orbit above the map then drop out and into the map where you placed the ODST drop pod spawnner(s).

Phantom spawns obviously indicate the landing zone for Incoming phantoms with waves. labeled in "advanced" from 1 - 4 So if set to 1, where you placed the landing zone, this is where the phantom would land on that set wave I.E Wave 1. Obviously you can place multiple landing zones for the 2 phantoms to land in different areas.

Just like spawns for Multiplayer. The more spawns you place the less likely they are to land in 1 area multiple times.

-sigh- Yeah... 343... Why do you continue to go down the path bungie took and not put the amazing things fans want into the game... Like flyable pelicans in multiplayer or warthog transports? All of these would be awesome.

yeah I know...personally I think neither bungie, 343, microsoft nor whatever the hell 343i is are doing the right thing lately...what with bungie screwing over their own storyline, 343 generally polluting the story (did you read 'midlnight in the heart of midlothian'? LAWL) and microsoft focussing on the money and better graphics more than anything (not always the best idea)

I prefer the Halo 3 Combat Elites. Their head armor especially is my favorite.
