This QR code is from a friend of me. It gives access to a Secret Base with 6 level 100 Blissey's that only know Healing Wish, which will let you get a lot of exp points very fast.The Base is located at route 118.

You might want to switch it to a triple battle, because since you chose Single battle it locks it to 3 Blissey.

If you go to your Secret Base you need to start up your computer. If you do, you can select QR Code and then you can scan the QR Code from there and generate your own Secret Base.
You will only be able to battle the person in the secret base or find it's flag from the next day on.

You will automatly encounter someone on route 111 in front of a Tree, who will give you the TM for Secret Power, to create a Secret Base. Then he demonstrates it on the tree and you can go in.

Thanks for posting this. I can finally train my mega beedrill effectively. That thing's only downside is it's lack of a diverse movepool. And it's beyond horrific special attack (Base FIFTEEN, really Pokemon?!)
