This pattern is a repeatable one: you can duplicate the pattern and place to copies next to the another without seeing any "cutting edge".
I advice you to put the pattern in another layer, then apply some deformations (using finger/water tool for instance, or using the transform/deform mode like the Ctrl+t of photoshop), and then crop it.

You can use this pattern without asking for submission permission (damn, I was tired... -_-).
You can sell something that uses this pattern (including commissions) without any fee.

I'll probably make an online web page later so you can change the scale's size, roundness, nomber, lines thickness...
