Su diseño y nombre toman inspiración del pinguino emperador, sus características tienen como objetivo mezclar el diseño de Penguinmon, el traje de pingüino de Tempomon y conectarlos con Parrotmon, su pose hace referencia a Empoleon de la franquicia de Pokemon, cuyo concepto también está basado en el pinguino emperador.

"Perfil Oficial" Se trata de un Penguinmon de gran tamaño que vivió en el antiguo digimundo, pero sus datos se perdieron debido a la caza y el deshielo, actualmente se pudo recuperar parte de sus datos gracias a un digimon que los utilizaba como piel. Aunque sun nombre diga lo contrario, no gobernaba sobre los Penguinmon, sino que más bien habían varios de ellos conviviendo juntos, y que su nombre hace más bien referencia a su tamaño. Puede resistir bajas demperaturas sin problema, aunque los lugares calientes son su debilidad, posee ligero control sobre las corrientes eléctricas, las cuales utiliza para defenderse fuera del agua, en combates acuáticos prefiere el ataque cuerpo a cuerpo o el hielo.
