Ok ^^
Well in the first panel, the mountains are pretty flat. Maybe using the brush tool to define edges would add a little more depth, instead of using just plain color. And remember, using the burn and dodge tools aren't an excuse for shading, like in the mountain; it just makes it look less realistic. instead, try using different shades of the color, adding more layers of colors also helps I think it would make a really big difference in the appearance. this technique is even more important with BG's, like the mountains.
the tree looks pretty good for now though. Again, adding different shades of the colors would help a lot. and I know you're probably thinking that its not important since the comic is about wolves not how good the BG looks, but believe me, the BG puts pretty much just as much of an impact as everything else, and its just as important as the wolves :3
Next panel, lol (I swear the critique for the rest of the panels wont take as long as the first XD) Well the dialogue is pretty good c: the third panel is a little hard to understand though.. It kinda looks like Keegan is saying "What do you want?!...fine." when really (I think) he's suppose to say fine in a completely different statement as a response to his sister. A simple way to keep people from being confused (even though it could've just been me.. lol) is to just put what Keegan says at first in a speech bubble, then what his sister says in a speech bubble under his, and then put the 'fine' at the bottom, so itll be more clear ^^. you dont always have to place the speech bubbles from top to bottom though, in fact the way they are in the third panel would be perfectly fine if it wasnt a mini-conversation. lol X3
Also, the joints on both wolves (where his sister is bending her leg) are a bit low >.<
For the last panel, just look back at my critique for the first panel XD just add more detail and I think it would improve the impact a lot
And remember, using resources and references help a lot, especially if it's for something you're drawing for the first time, like mountains
here are some refs to get you started:
Mountain tutorial: [link] (its a downloadable video, but the tutorial is amazing, and even if you dont draw muntains often, itd be really good for coloring practice c
Wolf joint anatomy: [link]
Shading tutorial: [link]
a drawing that's good for both tree and mountain reference: [link] Β§ion=&global=1&q=mountains#/d17t3xl
I really hope I helped!! >w< this critique was meant to help you improve, and I probably spent about 30 minutes typing it XD so please try not to ignore everything i said, lol. its all meant to help you especially since its for a comic, and I think your comic will keep improving like crazy and get even better the more you try! :3 (im so cheesy. lol)

haha im glad it helped! well im not saying to never use the b/d tool, since it does come in handy for something like a simple shading on a BG character or something, but yeah using the b/d tool makes things unrealistic, but a lot people don't seem to realize that X3 also heres another really good shading tutorial: [link] it compares the different shading techniques, and shows you which is the best and which ones not to do >w< I should really follow the tutorial too, since I need to improve on my shading and lighting XD
