I made a new character because why not.
oh and the tank top doesnt really have a design because i was too lazy to draw it so...onto his personality now~

Ok so you know how in legends, snakes can hypnotize people and trick them and stuff? Well that's basically what Seira can do. So when he hypnotizes people he uses his erotic side to get any information he wants from anyone. So technically hes bisexual and he does the do (if you know what i mean) a lot which explains why he has muscles? Oh, something i forgot to mention about when he hypnotizes people, when he does that he half turns into his animal form which means he has some qualities of a snake. For example, he still looks human but, his pupils turn into slits, he grows fangs, get gets a bit more sluggish (but more tricky ans sly i guess?), and he has the tendency to hold out s's and c's and z's and stuff like hissing? His zodiac sign is Aries (pretty obvious)...so yeah i think i wrote everything i made up for him so far. (i will add more stuff when i think of it)

sorry for my inactiveness (if anyone noticed) but i have been procrastinating and wasting my summer which is pretty tiring in itself so yeah.....
