Here's another fridge magnet! This is a test in so much as for this image I had to 'draw' over the core at the centre of the slice of wood. This part burns almost instantly, and doesn't have the same sheen as the rest of the wood - so up until now I've been careful to either avoid it, or hide it in a dark part of the image. It seems as long as I'm extra careful, I can burn across the centre though - and that should open up some new options for designs

With a bit of luck, I'll have time to make this sort of thing more often. It's so nice sometimes to work on tiny pieces like this and complete something in only a couple of days' spare time as opposed to larger drawings that drag on over weeks or months!
