But i'll give it a try if you really want to learn. The only thing i can do is give you pointers and explain them as best as i can verbily. It be kinda of easier if i were pysicallly there and teaching you but thats not gonna happen anytime soon.
But anyway...what do you want to learn first? tell me what you want to improve on? give me one.

well muscles and clothes. also hands because when i draw them they look horrible lol.

Ok well what you can do is,.... this is the only way of how i did it... read a manga or watch a anime that has muscles and clothing that stand out like a sore thumb or that look interesting ...not like over detailed muscles and clothing....but simplified. Like not alot of lines. y'know what i mean?
might i suggest DragonBall Z or the Ultimate Muscle...great manga for muscles.
and Getbackers for clothing...GREAT examples!!

Ok, you clearly suffer from Buu-mania. That's my pre-diagnosis. I hope you can see a doctor as soon as you read this! 
Anyway, your work with expressions and lineart is likeable as Iam sure you still got alot of room for improvement.
