I like it I requested to join but I'm not sure if it worked. I'd like to submit some more photos if possible, I've got plenty from the lakes.

Looks as though you need to try again, it hasn't come through? We do put one vote on requests for membership, but that's just in case someone opts to become a contributor etc., and those people are only in on invitation. We don't seem able to set membership requests to exclude the admin positions

Do please be aware that not everything by any means, gets through to the galleries though. In the case of rejections, where no time was available to give a reason, we encourage people to submit to the Critique Corner in the Favourites gallery. Alternatively if a request is made for reason for rejection, one of us will do it.

By the way, I'm not suggesting yours will get turned down, but just letting you know - there are loads of photos of mine that will never get into those galleries!

No worries. I'm grateful as it is that [link] has been added to the landscape gallery. If any others that I submit get through I'll be delighted I certainly wouldn't expect anything I submit to get through.

That is one heckuva shot!!! You have loads of potential there, so even if there are rejections, it may be that you haven't picked out the right ones!
