Since you requested a critique, here goes:
The things you did well are that the character is recognizable, and you did good on the latex material, I'm personally not into anime characters or art, but I think you handled the face well.
The anatomy is way off. One thing that could help you to catch your own errors is to flip images horizontally. Her torso is off to one side for no good reason. Her hand, the one resting on the knee, is not properly connected to her lower arm. The legs are also off, with her right leg not giving any impression of a knee. I don't know what that thing is on her left ankle, perhaps a shackle? It just looks wrong and it seems to be connecting to the other leg. One of the things that would help you is simply looking for references, here's the first image that popped up in a google search for "nude woman sitting on chair with crossed legs"

The other area you're not handling well is shadows. Her body is not casting shadows on itself, which could have helped you with the legs/knee issue I was describing earlier. There's no environment, but the "shadow" she's sitting on is just a hole that doesn't seem to be from her body.

Looking so excellent with the goggles, Gills are sicking out and two zippers on the bottom and the top. The latex may shine as in reality, The texture of total blackness is astonishing. The character from the Legend of Zelda, the breath of the wild is looking so gorgeous but fabulous, She's a zora because zoras are aquatic races in Hyrule so the appear in Zelda games like Princess Ruto. In other words, The arms which has the clear texture that makes people feel like seeing the skin through the clear latex, and that is all the words I'd got.
