I should have shared this sooner since I had completed this just before Halloween, but oh well.This was a project for my Color and Design: 2D class that consists of acrylic paints (which I haven’t used since high school). The range of values seen in the painting are supposed to represent layers of space to create the illusion of going back in the the distance. Even the jack-o-lanterns help with this, hence why the one in front is popping out of the picture plane.
