The two characters are Petunia and Lifty
Petunia is the little blue skunk that is friends with the pink chipmunk, Giggles, and Lifty is part of a pair of theiving racoons, his older brother, Shifty, is the older one with the fedora hat

oh no your pic is fine, I just dont know anything about HTF characters. I was just asking cause you wanted to submit it to featured but when they're from the original serie the should go to the fanart folder. thats were you can put fanart of series, games or other peops chars. the feature folder s for OC's of your own, pics that werent made from/for an rp.
