Anyways the kid on the right is Evil Squibby and they started off as a joke but then slowly delved into an actual character
Basically they're Squibby's rival who both copies them and is the opposite of them just ''better''
Think Eduardo and Edd from Eddsworld but like without the WELL WELL WELL

Also yes they do have an actual name me and my friend just havent decided on it yet lmao this character isnt very developed
