Judging by what've seen and heard, nope and my semi-personal belief is that it should probably end since most of the team is gone and given fact that The End (which kinda meant as a conclusion) happened showed that I think it's time for it to put to rest even if the last episode was a cliff hanger since fans (save for 'rabid' fans though) can go wild with it... (in addition the longer a series gone for fatigues it gets so yeah I think wrapping it up like that was probably a decent idea (even though afterworld the Tord fans went nuts) plus in the end it can finally some peace for fandom given the fact that rabid fans make up most of the current Eddsworld fan base... (but hey that's just my speculation; and on a side note: I think it might be a good thing for Eddsworld to fade to obscurity especially given this current sociopolitical climate were in...)

I once had a dream where Edd was alive, Tom and Tord didn't leave, and eddsworld continued finely.
when I woke up and figured out it was a dream I cried for probably an hour

What were the episodes like?
I came up with the weirdest theory about what could have happened to Eddsworld if Edd made a miraculous recovery.
Space Face, Part 1: The pen scene would still be there. However, Tom would have many more lines, and would not be drinking nearly as much. (Albiet, a bit sloppily edited. The fans would be dismayed, causing the show to remain on hiatus.) The light above Edd would have remained on.
Part 2: The voice changing scene wouldn't happen. The ending would still have the exploding ship, but something else would cause it to explode. Tom would not be drunk, too.
Here is where things get tricky.
The Snogre still would have happened, albiet with different puns. Hide and Seek would still be the same.
Fun Dead would have been called "Deadsworld", and probably would have functioned as another Zombeh Attack Eddisode. It would have taken a much, much more darkly humorous approach, perhaps killing off Edd and Tom in the process. ASDFLand would not exist, but instead, another theme park.
Saloonatics probably would not have happened. Neither would "Mirror Mirror".
PowerEdd would have been called "Super Edd", and the Eddisode would have involved a lot more gore.
The End would not exist, but somehow, Edd convinces Tord to rejoin the show, with newer episodes now featuring Tord along with the crew. The Red Leader bit will be explained. The series would now shift to Edd's POV, as he witnesses Tord taking over the world, and ruling it. He then chronicles the life under the Red Leader's regime (He would have worked alongside Matt and Tom, explaining how he got access to that sweet-looking pistol). However, a clone or impersonator would have assassinated Tord and would take his place (Which would result, as Tord will inevitably leave again). Matt and Tom would be brainwashed, leaving Edd as the only sane man. The series would become slowly more serious in tone, with Edd witnessing his world falling apart.
However, the final straw is when Cola has been outlawed, thus sending Edd back in time in order to kill his past self. The final Eddisode would focus on that.
The series would end with the beginning of WTFuture, now reanimated.
During this time, the Eddisodes may suffer from a slight quality dip, but the fanbase doesn't mind. The show itself would become a cult classic of sorts.
However, there may be an official mini-movie released years later, and Edd would start reanimating old Eddisodes. Either that, or he'd work on other projects.
