For example, left bottom soldier is partially unlit. Or green light from nightvision googles is coming from strange direction. Few other things look very unnatural as well. I suggest you reading a few articles about lighting the scene in both traditional and 3d art, as well as keeping optics in mind when creating a scene (specifically reflection and diffraction of light).
