Fanart of Ashley Riot from Squaresoft's Vagrant Story.I F-ING LOVE THIS GAME.
I'm sure I could have pulled some awesome quote for the title of this piece, but my mind is completely blank aside from "I am the reinforcements," which just makes me giggle. A lot.
Also, I highly recommend not trying to figure out what he's wearing. I spent a lot of time doing this, and I still don't fully understand what I drew. The parts I do understand are confusing and a little worrisome.

I love how you have a more sketched-feel to this drawing and the texture adds to the roughness of the piece and without it I think it wouldn't have looked as good as it does now. The colors, however muted and subdued they are, still show through enough and add some life to what would otherwise have been just a sketch. All in all, well done!

Very cool - reinforcements always rock.
Though that reminds me of an exchange from a completely unrelated comic:
"Quick, call reinforcements!"
"But the reinforcements are calling for reinforcements!"
"WHAT? Reinforcements just don't call for reinforcements!? That's just plain silly!"

I don't know if you ever played the game, but in the opening someone's all "You can't go alone! We must wait for reinforcements!" and Ashley's all "Reinforcements? I am the reinforcements." And then he badasses his way into a burning enemy-filled castle. It's so unintentionally ridiculous that it makes me laugh every time.
