What's he based on you may ask? Well he's not based on any particular class, but is a freelance design in my au. He was at Crovan's Gate works, with the help of Nigel Gresely, and used several LNER parts. He was also named Regaby, named after the railway's chairman Albert Regaby. Much like his appearance in the RWS, he was arrogant, rude and pompous like Alfred, and this was due to being partially designed by one of the most famous railway engineers and always finds himself bullying the smaller and older engines as he finds himself more superior compared to engines like Edward and Henry.
