Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up aSPECIALROOM to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.

Well, it is possible that she took the original arist's permission.If the artist was bothered, they would ask her to take the base down since many people have linked the base to the artist

i doubt the artist even knows english, to be perfectly honest. and i highly, highly doubt that they would be okay with someone tracing and redistributing their art.

no, it's not. it's illegal to trace art and redistribute it. you need permission form the creator.

Well, maybe they did get permission. I have a japanese friend I can talk to normally, so maybe this artist can speak a little English.

no. someone who obviously worked hard on that picture would not let people trace and redistribute it.
and, just because your friend is japanese and can speak english does not mean that all japanese people can speak english. that's like saying you have a friend that is from the same country as you that can speak german, so everyone in that country can.

I don't know, people love drawing YCHs... Some people even make bases of their own drawings. Some people have different expectations. If someone made a base from my drawings i'd be fine with it, despite working so hard on it.
I'm not saying tracing drawings is good, but if the original artist is ok with it...
And no, you cannot violate law for redistributing drawings (as long as you arent making money off it) unless millions of kids would be arrested for "I made a DBZ drawing, mom! Looook!"

i never said you can violate law (even though you probably can). and fan drawings arent the same as copying someone's artwork obviously.
AND WHEN WAS IT EVER STATED THAT THE ORIGINAL ARTIST WAS OKAY WITH IT? never. they probably ARE NOT okay with it, as a matter of fact.
