Great work on the pony! It may not be conventionally proportioned, but the style has no lack of personality.
That cloud could use a bit more substance, though - more shape, more defined edges and maybe some shadows on the underside as well.
Knowing about your circumstances, I can say that this is a terrific effort, and I really like it.

I fixed the eyespots. Since the layers were already gone, I decided to leave the cloud as is--I'll do better with it next time ^^
