I gave her a lotus flower for a cutie mark to represent regeneration and rebirth. Maybe her special talent is regrowing and restoring things that are broken, damaged, or hurt.
And my new favorite thing is giving changeling ponies little bug arms xD but if they're not your thing, you can leave them out. I imagine them being retractable anyways.
