You have to test around with it yourself. There are tons of shaders out there for blender, and tipps for eyes.
This was an experimental one so I didn't save it. I am sorry ._.

Well.. this model is a combination of various others. Hair is from Dead or Alive and Final Fantasy. Face from Samurai Warriors etc... 
-- but I'd like to think I helped in the process, as we all decided together on the components that went into that model.
