(few tips)

if you want to make a basic animation, the process is this

1) in sai, create like 10 layers and name them 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
2) on the top left corner of each layer, draw a little dot, and almost not visible (this will allow you to just copy and paste the image to gale instead of copying/pasting and have to move the image to the right position [when you dont draw the point, and you paste into gale, gale will always move the images and it will look weird]
3) draw something in sai layer 1, simple, once its done paste it to gale (I suggest you use the delay speed of fps60 delay:"3" or "4" or "5" in gale to a best speed
4) go back to sai, and set the opacity of the layer 1 to 50%, now click on the second layer, you will be able to draw your second layer and see in the background how was the first, repeat the process, copy and paste to gale, then go back to say, and set the layer 1 to 10% opacity, the layer 2 to 50% opacity, and your current layer to 100%, so you can see how the animation its going, repeat the process (once you are in layer 7, then layer should would be with 50%, layer 5 would be with 10% and layer 4 would be invisible)

oh its not that hard, the tricky part its conecting the last frame with the first one and then its all about creating bubbles that go big and go up while they lose size, I recomend you to use Gale for the animation part

very interesting take on fire.  it looks somewhat like a bubble effect, I really like the effects of the fire and it is looped very well.

Ahhhh!!! glow= brillar, perdón recién me di cuenta, mi ingles sigue en proceso U._. Pero con o sin brillo la fluidez es genial! Se siente como lava y fuego a la ves... mmm un ejemplo seria el fuego que utiliza "Como entrenar a tu dragón" o "How to train your Dragon"
