Yes!! I got the job and am starting training on Tues... you would love the steak and wine where I now work...if that is, you are not a vegan or vegetarian! One of the bottles is ... $5,202 (charles krug, napa) CRAZY!! For me, who works for tips... I really hope I can sell one of those!! But at the same time, am a bit shy of holding the live lobster at the table.. which is what I am going to be doing for each table I serve. LoL... just thought you would get a kick out of that. I can't even kill a spider, and now I have to action off my shellfish friend to the highest bidder.. Such is the circle of life!

I didn't know you were job hunting.. good luck! As I live on the coast we have lots of sea food.. we have crayfish here rather than lobster.. in fact since we moved to the coast we have crayfish and tiger prawns for Chritmas lunch with an expensive French champagne every year.. my girls have sausages! Heathens..

don't drop the Krug.. We had a bottle of that one Christmas (gift from brother) but I don't think it was priced in the $0000s.... you must work in a very classy place.. You should get lots of tips..

My week end is good now.. long weekend here.. I was on a committee organising a big event last night and although the event went well I came home seething at a fellow organiser... over that now. Big for Shannon.

Thanks! And glad to hear your event went well. What is done is done, and at least everything was good other than (some) of the company! I will do my best, and promise ya to not drop the Krug! I will handle everything there with care and precision. I hope to make good money, no no, great money there to help pay for college.

I will be busy, but will do my best to keep in touch! Have a great week hun!! And a big for Liz along with the always fun .

my favourite a ... I want to come and tip you.. sounds like a great restuarant.. oh you are going into the Summer season.. we have just had the start of the ski season this weekend.. and the weather has been bitter and rainy so it must be dumping in the mountains.. however it did that last year too and then there was nothing for the rest of the season! We only get snow in two states and not like o/s.. Liz
