Description
The manticore is a giant, omnivorous babooniform desendent. This great primate is generally 6 to 7 feet in females, and 8 to 11 feet long in males. It's huge size is partly due to the fact that it has been hunted by hominids for thousands of years, and you get tired of that after a while. The males are huge beasts able to bring things down much bigger than them. The one pictured is a large male defending his females from the gal darn humers. They have tusk like teeth that continue to grow throughout there long life, and just like in baboons, they have a cerated molar that sharpens the tooth whenever it closes its mighty mouth. Eventually the sharpening tooth gives out and the tusks grow through the bottom and the top of there mighty mouth, though this is mostly in elders. There huge size makes them very hard to kill, all the better for them. When on all fours, they can look you dead in the eye.Related content
