High time I got off my duff and submitted something, hm?

Well, recently I've been in touch with some great artists, one of which -- Shibimura Prime -- does some cool linework and fan art of his favorite characters. As part of a trade with him, I offered to color one of his pictures of the Marvel character, Psylocke.

Now, before anyone goes gonzo, let me explain... I LOVED the original Betsy Braddock! I thought she could've used a little better treatment, but to me she was beauty and some brains among the X-Men during their exile in the Outback (following their 'deaths' at the end of their battle with the Adversary).

Then, came along the Siege Perilious crystal gateway . . . and the whole bolloxed bit with her getting mindswapped with Kwannon, and becoming a Ninja-esque assassin. Granted, I've not nothing against hot Asian women....

But dangit, Psylocke should've REMAINED British!

So as a fun thing, I took Shibi-Prime's lineart of Psylocke and applied her original costume colors . . . along with a hand-made "butterfly" effect, and VIOLA!

Hope everyone likes my little piece of fun. ^_^
