You can't upload flipnote studio on PC, it's impossible, you can only do that on NintendoDsi and XL.

In the "Save" option, you turn the flip into a GIF

I started using Flipnote again and made new pics. Actually I don't remember there being a GIF option, just an option of where to save it. (and there only being one choice - system memory - since I don't have an SD card yet)
But all I need is an SD card and a USB SD card reader to export to my computer?
