The spider leg in focus is a real challenge to get, maybe with a technique that i recently learned that is called Focus Stacking (an unquiet spidey like this impossible to get more than 1 shot, focus stackig requires a minimum 2 shots), but have in mind that when it comes to close shots like this, the focus field is really shallow and you will lose a portion of the subject body, almost always!
