This was a cover for the Mortal Kombat comic back in the early 90's.The actual cover was HORRIBLY printed.
But I had fun with this back then.
Watercolors, markers, colored pencils.

My god. I actually have this comic and I never thought in a million years that I would find the person who drew it on DA. I always thought that the cover was gorgeous until I seen this version and you are absolutely right, it doesn't even begin to do it justice. The colours are so much more vibrant, the detail is breath taking. Just down to the texture of the skin on his chin, the look in his eyes, you'll have to forgive me, I'm a little star struck and in awe.

Oh yes I most definitely do. I keep it in a clear plastic wallet so that nothing will ever damage it
