Pages 21-25 of my match against .The match continues, showcasing some more of both combatants' abilities such as Dorian's knowledge of pressure points and Photon's telepathy and technopathy.
Yes, Photon used his powers to turn a belt buckle into a mini-bomb. I figure that if Dorian goes through this much trouble to keep Photon in a room with no metal, he would probably overlook something trivial and insignificant. But Photon can make a weapon out of ANYTHING metal, belt buckles included.
