This is Captain Syrup, the forgotten villain from the Wario series. I needed some more female villains, so Captain Syrup instantly came to my mind.

Syrup is the leader of a band of space pirates that travel on a floating, warping pirate ship. Syrup is a master with a sword and always seems to know where treasure is, but her crew is completely incompetant, and that proves to be her main weakness. Syrup sets her sights on whatever treasure she hears of, and that makes her dangerous when she gets determined.

I love Syrup's new look, right down to the eyepatch. Not as much as I like the Rabbid's new look, but I still really like it.

Captain Syrup's origin is Wario Land.
