Once a normal cat, Mr. Nibbles one day came upon the PAW Patrol's meteorite! Getting a piece lodged in his teeth, he not only gained the ability to talk, but also gained the ability to mimic the PAW Patrol's own powers! Since then, he has donned the mask of the CopyCat, all to get his owner, Hailey's, attention!
