As I understand it, any meister is theoretically capable of using him, but he personallally is so stubborn that he won't work with anyone who doesn't fulfill a very long and very specific list of requirements first.

Also, he's really goddamned annoying.

Right, right. That's what I was referencing to. He can synchronize with anyone, so if he met a meister who can do the same thing, BAM! Ultimate compatibility.
Either that or they cancel each other out but what are the chances of that happening?

But see, the thing is, he's really goddamn annoying. So annoying, in fact, that nobody wants anything to do with him. I really can't stress that enough. It wouldn't matter what abilities the hypothetical meister had, because he'd/she'd be throwing Excalibur back into that cave full-force the first chance they got.

On account of the fact that, and here I risk becoming repetitive but I feel it can't be stressed enough, Excalibur is really goddamn annoying.

Then he'd call you a fool.

Then he'd start singing.

And making demands.

My legend began in the 12th century. I believe it all began on an intensely hot mid-summer day? Wait... It was a chilly autumn day... In those days I was *bad* and so... Thinking about it, I believe it began Winter. My hometown was really *bad* , was even famous for it. I hung out with the wrong crowd. Beautiful women would all fight over me. Yeah, it was a summer day. A really hot mid-summer's day. That's how I remember it. Unlike now, I was a man like a finely honed knife. However for some reason, I gave off a noble impression. Everyone said so, and still do. Although at that time, I'm not sure everyone said it as much. Everyone started to say it, that I was extremely kind. Now that I think of it I was probablt giving off a noble impression. I was often told I was great, but I was *bad*. All in all it was winter day full of noble... My legend dates back to the 12th century-

...Exactly. Make the mistake of trying to bring Excalibur into a fight, and by the end of it you'd be begging the guy you're fighting to kill you and make it end.
