I always imagined Twilight with long hair, but that is a REALLY cute haircut! I hate it when they are portayed with skimy clothing, modest clothing is so much prettier! I am absolutely in love with Twilight's outfit, and I love how Fluttershy's hair sweeps the ground. One of the best humanizations I've ever seen!

I love AppleJack's hips(can't stop looking at em!) In my headcanon she does have wider, sturdy hips and legs from working the farm all day.
I love how each of them have subtly different figures...And heights!

I can't blame you. Honestly, fanservice clothes are pretty ridiculous, if not demeaning. And almost every time I see human Applejack in a ridiculous tied shirt, daisy-dukes ensemble I involuntarily twitch.
Anyways, I don't see any problems with the anatomy as you suggested. As far as quick sketches go this is pretty good and you've captured the personalities of the characters quite well. I also like that AJ has arms and legs that are noticeably thicker than the others, which makes sense given that she's a farm girl.

i tried giving her chun li hips but i think i screwed it up gvhbjnm
and i tried giving them different body types and breast sizes (except pinkie pie because i was so frustrated by her hair i just BSed everything else which i will fix llllllater)and different types of clothing that look like comfortable everyday clothesss

I do like it when artists make the effort to give women in illustration different body types. Though I'm a man, it's something I've sought to do in my own art and most of my friends are women who appreciate that sort of thing. (At least in part because of the skewed representations of women's bodies in things like animation, comics, etc.) Clothing is also important in that respect because it can say a lot about a character's personality and serves to bring them to life, rather than just turn them into eye candy.

Actually I would say that hips work quite well, especially given the style you are drawing in. It can be quite hard to capture those features when going for a simpler, 'cartoony' style.
