the steady vanishing point shows us the straight and "none-pause" development of electronic.

I like this concept, especially the selective focus. However, I feel this would make a deeper impact if the depth of field was closer to the lens. Having it in the middle makes the whole thing seem out of focus. Maybe you were going for an abstract feel, but the blurriness just makes the whole thing seem busy.

To me, it looks like a whole bunch of Macs sitting on a white table in a white room.

It looks like some white animals (white horses) that are standing in line, and the farthest side starts to bow down, making kind of a "bow-wave" effect. If I didn't make sense, then let me put it in a simple way. Grate photo of white horses starting to bow from the far end. I don't know why white horses, but that's what I see. Also, the mood that the photo puts me is melancholy.

almost looks as a rendering...

I would like to use this picture on my new website.
It will be the main picture, located in the top right corner of each page. The site will also have a section called "About", where I will mention you as the author of the picture and provide a link to this page.
Is this ok with you?

i like this alot.
i think it can be symbolized to show hwo the world has become almost an industry,
and we are its by-products
and the man-made industry and corporation of lies almost sells us in a sense...
in a way, were all the same, like manufactured machines
and it almost seems like we continue existing just to exist, we continue to live for the sake of living
we go to school to get a supposed education reading what others have already written and said is correct and we never find out for ourselves or learn for ourselves
then we get a job just to support ourselves and live and get by, with luxuries here and there
and then we reproduce and do the same with our off spring
seducing them with history books and our justification is saying like if we dont learn from our past we are doomed to repeat it
yet we still continue to repeat it anyway, if you look at it its almost like a big loop hole
the only thing thats changed is in the way that we kill and the way that we die
but im a bit of a pessimist, and young. most would say to me what do i know only being 16 years old...
this picture spoke out to me though haha.

it makes me think about how we all try and get plugged into the same things, to be the same people, to be "cool" or great or whatever it is. to know who is dating who in hollywood and what biggest star is doing what or having for breakfast that morning... i also think about how everyone is so obsessed with fitting in the crowd and being a part of something that sometimes we sacrifice what and who we are, the little things about us that make us different.
i don't know if that's what you meant but at least it made me think. love the gallery! thanks for posting.

The perfection of the net is shortly cut off by the mad phycos ingulfing its inviorment.Although the vast net seems to never end, its so empty and blank because we can never touch this substance which has become a product of ediction for many. I understand that this pictures orcastrastion of it all is perfect, although it can be veiwed from many sides as to all things, theres more than one opinion and more than one truth.

OMG this photo is nothing short of astounding
This flood of information - computers in every room, the Internet, cell phones, etc....it is a second enlightenment...but it will lead to the complete and total demystification of life. there will be nothing left that is romantic or mysterious or wonderful.
It is such a beautiful composition...but the subject doesnt know that its beautiful because it serves such a cold purpose in reality

Did you watch Matrix 2? I see this as the other side of the desks when they went into Zion. The people bringing them in were in a blinding white room, which was inside a mini-matrix.

This reminds me of the video "hellbent" by Kenna
It just screams redundancy and its everything I want to stay away from in my life: the typical workplace with the clacking of keys and the ringing of phones, where your daily routine is burned into your brain, making it impossible to forget. You become a drone, a robot.
That's what it screams to me.
Very nice shot, I love it. Nice reminder of the person I don't want to become.

First off, it's a beautiful picture - great job As for understanding, I'm interpreting this as digital art on computers...& I'm torn. I LOVE using my computer. It has infiltrated my life in many aspects. I also HATE using the comuter sometimes. A fistfull of crayons, pens, pencils, and a pad of paper + that great idea that popped into your head last night , gives you a real since of pride & accomplishment in your work. Well at least for me...then I run it through Adobe Illustrator and upload it here...uhm...that wasn't my point was it?! Great job! It is interesting to see others responces. Keep on, keepin' on

It's almost too clean and modern, and yes, simplistic for my liking. But there is somthing that drew me to comment on it rather than look over.
It does describe the modern world rather well. the modern technical world anyway. Theyre always focused on simplicity and emptyness and cleanlyness to the point where the actual object almost no longer exists anymore
It interested me because of this reason, so I felt I had to comment on it
Good thinking and nice capture

Hm.. I like it. It kinda makes me think of how, while everyone is doing the same thing (playing on the computer, internet, or some other kind of electronic), the computers' faces are turned away - like they're each off in their own world, instead of looking out at the world. And maybe it's because I'm such a computer geek, but I really really like this pic and all its symbolism

Is this the back of a bunch of white laptops?? Well either way...it's technology. You want to know the definition of technology?? It's death. It's taking over and we currently think it's incredible and miraculous. The truth is....technology will one day destroy the world and kill everything in sight. That will be the moment of our world's death.

The information super highway. We all communicate by never actually communicating. Everything has become clinical, fast and less personal. We are who we want to be, but we are all just wires and code fading away into nothingness.

This reminds me of some sci fi concept. I can see androids sitting and typing laboriously and timely (maybe the future of telemarketing). The crispness and sterile feel makes me envision androids as opposed to humans; the cleanliness seems more robotic and technological, whereas humans are always so dirty and unkempt. Note the lack of papers, self-reminders and disorganized desktops.
Very well taken and, to agree with a previous comment, I thoroughly enjoyed the blurry --> clear --> blurry perspective.... makes it seem endless.

Neverending source, always improving but once we hit "the mark" it starts to get shady and corrupt and we lose sight. Kinda like the image, first blurry, starts to get clear, then really clear, but eventually lost and blurry.

..the out-of-focus bit works for this, I think. Anyone online has a certain degree of anonymity to them, something they can hide or blur about themselves and the truth about who they are.
This is fantastic. It feels very real.
