Yep! This Kamen Rider uses Marbles to transform. The Marbles come from monsters he defeat, giving him either new forms or powers.

I figured since Toei loved doing gimmicks, Marbles were pretty fun to play with, so why not you know? Plus this could lead to a "collect all Marbles!" kind of thing ahahahhah

Oh those could be his monsters! Like support monsters, just bigger spheres and they could have the design of the monster that was defeated in order to obtain the Marbles!
