Description
I came up with this after finishing Vinyl Scratch.All this year my college professors were telling me that I needed to use more interesting camera angles in my paintings. Hope this is what they were talking about.
If you can, try looking at this from different rotation angles.

I'm really liking the perspective! I copied this into Paint and flipped it 180°, and I realized that you placed the barn and that central gazebo thingy in the correct geographical locations! (I'm remembering a deviation somewhere on this site where someone worked out all the locations of things in the town relative to each other.)

umm I dont know whats stranger, that you have rendered a recognizeable Ponyville in a negative-Gee birds-eye view, or that I can ID the locations in the shot at that angle...

This is really impressive across the board! The perspective itself feels alive, while the surrounding details are second to none in attention and quality.

That IS an interesting angle. And they're flying way too low to safely loop, I get the same feeling I always get in sims, when I'm just about to embrace the ground. The ponies on the ground really are nice icing on this delici- HOLY CRAP, look at those feathers!

Oh WOW, I love the itty bitty mane cast and then the CMCs off to the side. If I'm not mistaken, I also see Big Mac, Bonbon/Lyra, Dr. Whooves, Derpy, and Vinyl Scratch down there.
The angling of this is just phenomenal. This picture confuses my eyes with the shadows and the strange angle of everything, but in a good way. Kudos.

Thanks! It took about a week and a half, mostly because I had to keep re-doing the lighting on Spitfire's mane.
