Description I figured it'd be interesting to make a sort of "sequel" picture for the last one I put up. This is Sachiko, the bride, and Joshuel, her husband. These two aren't necessarily the "canon" pairing, but they're a possible one, so I went with it.

I'm not sure who's luckier: The woman for a husband who accepts her "problem", or the man for a wife who wears diapers.

She has thoroughly peed and pooped her diaper. In fact, as she looks up into his eyes, his strong hands holding her delicate ones, she may be soiling herself again.

"Canon" refers to the books of scripture whose authorship is sure enough to be considered officially a part of the bible.

... But really devoted(read: obsessed, nerdy, haughty) fans of a particular fictional work also use the term to describe something that is "the way it really happened". For example, in Square Enix's Dragon Quest V, the main hero can marry one of two or three women. The player is free to choose whomever he wants, but the dialogue and circumstances of the story, as well as all official artwork done for the game, indicate that one particular woman is the "official", most fitting, or "canon" choice. Another example may be trying to fit the Star Tours ride at Disney theme parks into the Star Wars timeline; I mean, it's Star Wars and everything, but there wasn't actually any such vehicle involved in the destruction of either Death Star. Therefore one would say that "Star Tours is not canon".

But now that I'm done spewing more words than I probably needed to, I can go on to explain that in Proxi Rapture, the main character you play as will get married at some point. But since people who play games like this tend to just go with what's "canon" or expected, I don't want any given pairing to be overwhelmingly fitting or obvious, because I'd rather people have to think about who they choose. Like giving the player characters they have to name-if they have default names, most players will just stick with those-but if they have no default names, the player has to invest thought into it, even if it's just a little bit, or done in satire. It's just more engaging that way.

... Hah! Engaging! Marriage! Hah...
