Description
I've figured out his backstory.

Streak the Hedgehog is from a clan of lightning-users that also happen to be anthros (or furries, if you must go there). The lightning bolt on his quill appears when he uses the "Lightning Fist", known as the "Raiken". There are clans for all five of the mainstream elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Lightning).

In battle, and outside of battle, he is very calm, and in battle, adopts a strategic mind to deal with his enemies. He uses his control over lightning-based elemental energy to defeat his enemies.

This project was a bit too ambitious for someone with my level of skill, so if you have any skill at all with editing Genesis sprites, please assist me.
