These are Peter's current forms

Base (center) - Peter at his normal state

Super form (top left) - Peter transforms into this form, if he has all Chaos Emeralds. It's 7x stronger than base form.

Hyper form (top right) - Peter transforms into this form with the Super Emeralds. It's 7x stronger than super form.

Dark form (bottom left) - When Peter is angry, he may transform into his dark form, which is a little weaker than his super form.

Elemental form (bottom right) - This form can be achieved, if Peter has all Elemental Orbs, thus giving him the power of all elements.

Edit 2: Removed ascended super form & changed eye color of hyper and elemental forms
