I nearly crapped myself when I came across this during work today.
This is a custom figma figurine an unknown sculptor created from a Kagemine Rin figma.
She's just so damn perfect it's hard to believe you can't buy it!

Unfortunately it won't ever be available.
It's a figma a guy edited from a Kagemine Rin figma, so it's privately owned and the only one in existence.
