I love the art and concept you are going with here but... As a One piece and Dbz Fan i have to disagree
1 Majin buu is not 8 feet tall
2 2yr later Luffy uses Haki meaning Majin buu's Resistance to physical attacks [ because of his gum like body ] would be useless and he would receive full damage and pain .
Why ?
The Fact that bullets can pierce majin buu's skin ---- In second Gear Luffy's attacks are twice or sometimes three times as fast as bullets + haki
unless majin buu likes pain i think luffy would be able to put up a good fight against all buus exact kid buu.... of course

Buu is able to destroy a planet in one attack, destroy solar system, galaxy, multiple galaxy and more more more. He don't give a shit about haki, he would destroy luffy and the planet too.
The fact is that bullets can pierce buu, but he have an infinite regeneration, so again, he don't give a shit about second, third or four gear.
He's so fast that luffy eyes can't follow just a simple movements ahah.
And also, he can transform luffy in candy or chocolate and eat him if he want, you don't know anything about Buu and Dragon Ball and the power they uses, have a good day !

Luffy would lose. PERIOD. HE is not strong enough nor fast enough. Luffy is nowhere NEAR as fast as DBZ characters can go. Plus bullets pass through Buu because he's lazy and lets it happen. Not much happens other than that. He had his lower half blown off like 5 times and he just literally POOFED it back and felt no pain. And I know that Kid Buu did that but the only difference is personality and power. They have all the same powers and abilities. And unless Luffy knows magic he has no defense against the candy beam. Ki blasts would seriously hurt Luffy if not kill him. Buu can easily fire blasts that destroy planets without breaking a sweat. Then there's the absorption ability and the cloning ability. BUU has this in the bag.
