Darkflame slowly paced the hallway, giving the bouquet a last once-over for the twelfth time. "It's not gonna wilt, is it? That one looks droopy..." He gave it an uncertain poke, fluffing the bunch just in case. But this only caused a few petals to break loose and float nimbly out of the paper wrapping and out of his grasp. "Oh no! I knew I shouldn't have gotten these..." He had been trying to find something
with the same shade of pink as Caberet's, but this was the closest he had come. And now they were going to die before he even got to deliver them. "Great job, D-"
"Darkflame, there you are!" Cabaret's voice sounded happily from behind him. "I've been looking all over for you!" As she walked over he spun around, keeping the present safely out of sight behind him.
"I've been looking for you too..." he confessed, suddenly feeling it very hard to keep his vocalizer from shorting. She didn't seem to notice thankfully, but her expectant look didn't make it any easier.
"Oh? You first then."
"Um..." He glanced down. The bouquet felt like it was wilting in his servos. "It can wait."
"Oh great, because I have the best idea..." The femme smiled, a tiny predatory smile Darkflame had come to know well. She slipped her claws around his arm, dragging him toward the control room. A new idea meant a new task for him, but he didn't mind. Truthfully he wasn't tuned in. At the moment the mech had the best vantage point to stare at the pink stripes on her crest. And, he thought as she poked him in the side, he remembered something that exact shade growing on the side of one of Earth's mountains.

Whee! Whenever I get to do something "cutesy" I really enjoy it. X3 But holycrap Darkflame is a giant pile of attention-grabbing color. It's like Easter exploded all over a protoform! (Um... goth Easter?) XD One only hopes his Autobot colors are less annoying or he's in for a long stealth mission...

Another successful commission. And now I can pay utilities for the next month! I still need rent though... <.<;

Edit: Heh I just knew I was gonna forget that logo... but it's fixed now! And just in time. Now to see Avatar and go home for some holiday baking! Yum!
