It is.
The movie is not Seed of Chucky bad, but it's more confusing than bad. It could have been a better movie. I really like the idea of the asylum takes place.

Well, i like Seed but thats because its part of the main 5 movies. The two newer ones are kinda just dragging them out longer then needed
