Here's my version of Female Pennywise. I've seen so many female cosplayers as Pennywise this Halloween and I have to give them credit that they look awesome!Hope you like it!

I even saw the female Pennywise with the Sailor Scout style of her clownsuit like you'd expect to find from Sailor Moon: "In the name of the moon, you'll float too!"

And what about Sailor Moon as a replacement for Pennywise? > I don't think Sailor Mini-Moon is enjoying that Pennywise prank Sailor Moon is playing on her. And actually, that was based more on the sewer scene from 1990's version even if the Sailor Scout style of the female Pennywise was based on 2017's version. Sailor Moon: "Do you want a balloon, Chibi-Usa?" Sailor Mini-Moon: "No, I want my boat back." And she's glaring at her because she's annoyed and suspicious. And if you look down in the pit close enough, the boat and balloon each have a moon crescent just like Sailor Moon's tiara. So even if the tiara is there, she's wearing a yellow jumpsuit with orange buttons like 1990's Pennywise.
