It's a certain type of photoshop brush on a very low opacity, then I used the "blur" tool and smudged a bit

Hahaha Well art to me is emotion. Honestly, I've never been too good at expressing my feelings except through art and writing. It's how I speak. xD If you put a piece of yourself into your art it makes it more human (: Something everyone can relate to
