Taka's frown faded

Mufasa smiled
"I don't think so Taka, I know so."
Taka is old enough to notice the difference between himself and the other Pride Lander cubs... unfortunately, so have they. Poor little guy is getting picked on pretty bad.

It just adds a little depth to his character. I think way, deep deep down, buried under so much that it was non-existent he did have a heart. He just didn't have a heart for any of those in his 'family' or those in his pride, for whatever reason. It would also make what he did that much easier, but then again, so would not having one at all.

I have an idea floating around in my head of "Scar's breaking point"... In my theory as you know, Scar is not Ahadi's son but is never told this... When Scar finds out... It's devestating. He spent his whole life trying to prove himself to Ahadi, just to find out it was a lie. Everything he was ever told... was a lie. (; Sound familiar? Same anger that Simba shows at the end of the 1st movie? "Everything you ever told me was a lie"... Scar looks scared because he's seen this anger before. His own.

That would kind of fit, and a real good explanation of why he didn't care about his 'family' if they weren't really. Kind of like the whole Thor/Loki thing. X3
