Welp, I'm taking a visual development class currently, and decided to use a book known as "The Sight" as my project. So here are a few rough sketches I've done.Also seriously considering re creating it as a graphic novel/digital comic on here for all of you! What do you think?

AHHHHΒ Β YES!!! I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH! I read it when I was in high school and fell in love. I need a project to really keep me focused and do kinda my own thing (as much as I LOVE doing fan art, I need a project of my own) so doing a little graphic novel based off of this story not too many have read would be a nifty little way for me to keep growing and drawing what I love!Β

I'm just so excited to meet someone else who even knows of this book- for some reason, it never got the attention it deserved. Β I remember it absolutely blowing my mind. Β (I should reread it!).Β

Me too! It's amazing that I've actually found quite a few people have actually read this book! It surprised me! Right now I'm kinda figuring out the type of style I want for Environments and what not. I'm def trying to keep it a little more realistic, but I was thinking of definitely keeping it true to the location of Romania and the lore around the story. Like a "Dracula" type setting. Haunting in a way, yet beautiful. I've pulled some inspiration from the Castlevania series. I love that sort of look. Β

I'm definitely going to do that! I'm currently re-reading The Sight because it's been so long! But as soon as I'm done I plan to start Fell!

I remember when I first read it, I would use wolf terms for almost everything, including the Gods within the book as my own. It was a strange phase, oops.
